Party and wedding, wedding at the sea or in Persnäs church? We show up with white tablecloths, lit candles, flowers according to your wishes in the choice of color and shape, all in order for you to have an amazing experience together and an unforgettable evening.
We have room for 60-80 guests.
For starters we are happy to serve Italian antipasto. I would be happy to help with suggestions, in addition to the main course of the house, classic warm smoked salmon with lukewarm island butter smothered almond potatoes with red onion and room sauce “all Vibeke special”.
For dessert, I suggest the house’s homemade favorite, tiramisu with white chocolate with raspberry and lemon liqueur. Or why not Grandma Eva’s homemade Panna cotta with white chocolate and sour summer raspberries with lemon.
